Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Hence we’re only offering express post  delivery to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

Express shipping is a flat rate of $13.99 Australia-wide.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours upon confirmation of payment during week days. Any orders placed after 13:00 AEST on Friday through out the weekend, will be shipped on the following Monday morning.

Express post turn-around time frame in metropolitan areas are between 1-2 business days. Regional postcodes can expect delivery between 1-3 business days.

Recipient details are used for parcel tracking purpose only, the information is not shared with any other third parties other than ourselves and AusPost. 

If you don’t provide an accurate recipient email or Australian mobile, your order may not be dispatched or it may result in significant delay with  your delivery.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchange or refund unless the item is faulty.

For any faulty product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days from the purchase date to arrange for replacements.
